Drug investigation leads to three arrests in Dover

DOVER, Del. – A drug investigation resulted in three arrests Wednesday evening.

At around 7:15 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of North DuPont Highway. During the stop, officers found 1,114 bags of heroin and .7 grams of PCP inside the vehicle.

As a result, the driver, 38-year-old Mandy Jackson, and passengers, 43-year-old Willie Wilson and 25-year-old Alyssa Harris, were arrested.

Jackson was charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, second degree conspiracy, and drug paraphernalia. She was held at the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on an $82,200 secured bond.

Wilson was held at SCI on a $62,400 cash bond after being charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, second degree conspiracy, possession of PCP, and drug paraphernalia.

Harris was charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of PCP, and local fugitive. She was later released on her own recognizance.
