Brandywine Valley SPCA holds free vaccine clinic

DELAWARE – The Brandywine Valley SPCA handed out free vaccine shots for cats and dogs at the Delaware State Fairgrounds.

Their goal was to reach over 500 pets, and you can see some of those happy pups at the event.
