Del. State Police investigate shots fired complaint in Sussex Co.

MILTON, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a shots fired complaint that happened late Saturday night.
Investigators say the incident occurred at approximately 11 PM on Saturday when the residents of the 27000 block of Martins Farm Road heard a loud bang.
Police say they conducted a search of the home, but nothing suspicious was found.
The next morning, 9-1-1 was called and troopers were dispatched to the same home after a bullet hole was found inside.
Troopers reportedly contacted a 59-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman who were in the home at the time of the incident.
There were no injuries reported.
