Early morning house fire under investigation in Sussex Co.

MILLSBORO, Del. – An investigation is underway following an early morning house fire in Millsboro.

We’re told firefights from Dagsboro, Millsboro, and Frankford responded to the fire at around 12:50 a.m., in the 29000 block of Colonial Estates. Firefighters were able to control the blaze without incident.

Officials say no one was home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. The investigation has now been turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office to determine the cause of the fire.
