Del. State Police investigating shots fired report in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, Del. – A shots fired complaint involving a residence is currently under investigation.

At around 10 AM Wednesday, Delaware State Police were called to respond to the 900 block of Peachtree Run for a report of a residence struck by gunshots. A 77-year-old male resident reported to officers that around 1 AM he heard multiple loud bangs that resembled the sound of gunshots.

He later discovered a bullet hole in one the windows in his home. Two other people were present in the home at the time of the incident, however, no one suffered injuries.
