Today’s Forecast: September 15, 2018

Coastal flooding will still be an issue for tonight; as high tide will take place this evening with advisories in effect. Skies throughout Delmarva will be mostly cloudy with some patchy fog developing late and an isolated drizzle. Lows will be warm once again in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Skies improve a bit on Sunday to partly sunny allowing readings to reach the lower 80s, while the beaches stay in the upper 70s. The breeze will light up slightly with a few showers possible. Sunday night will be a tad warmer in the low to mid 70s, under mostly sunny skies and a stray drizzle.

Florence’s remnants make a turn towards the north on Monday, increasing our rain chances to widely scattered and our cloud cover to mostly cloudy, while keeping highs in the lower 80s. Florence’s last stand on Delmarva will take place on Tuesday, with showers or storms likely under mostly cloudy skies and readings in the lower 80s. Drier times make a comeback starting on Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the toasty mid 80s.

Sunny skies will be in full swing on Thursday as temperatures climb into the lower 80s. Mostly sunny skies will carry on into Friday with highs in the mid 80s. A shower is possible on Friday night as a cold front slides through. Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast for Saturday with temperatures in the low 80s.
