Today’s Forecast: January 4, 2022

** Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3 AM  – 7 AM Wednesday. **

Light rain and freezing rain is possible at times tonight, which could cause some problems on mostly untreated roads a sidewalks. A light glaze of ice is possible in spots. Lows will drop into the 20s early this evening before climbing into the mid and upper 30s by dawn.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the low to mid 40s and the chance for lingering scattered showers. Thursday will be partly sunny with highs in the low 40s and a rain/snow mix possible late, which will continue into early Friday. Models still differ on whether we’ll have all rain, a mix, or all snow with this next system, but snow accumulations are possible. Stay tuned. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s.

Saturday turns mostly sunny with highs in the mid 30s. Sunday, mostly cloudy skies can be expected with highs around 50 degrees and showers later in the day.

Monday will be sunny with highs around 40 degrees. Tuesday will be sunny and quite cold with highs near 32°.
