The clouds and the showers will linger for tonight, as a warm front begins its northern approach towards Delmarva. Temperatures will start in the upper 60s and warm into the lower 70s by daybreak. Temperatures return into the lower 80s on Monday with mostly cloudy skies and scattered storms.

Tuesday will be partly sunny with widely scattered storms and readings in the mid 80s. Storms decrease to an isolated chance on Wednesday while highs remain in the mid 80s. The 1st influence of Florence will likely arrive on Thursday with winds increasing under mostly cloudy skies, scattered storms and temperatures in the lower 80s.

Some gusty winds will likely continue into Friday as skies continue to be mostly cloudy with scattered storms and highs in the lower 80s. Florence’s track will still play a role on how the weekend will shape up on Delmarva. Mostly cloudy skies will still be the dominant cloud cover with widely scattered storms, breezy and temperatures in the lower 80s on Saturday and Sunday.
