Could being a night owl shorten your life?

Being a night owl for some has its perks, but according to a new study it could give you a heart attack.
On Thursday, the Journal of Chronobiology International, released a study that focuses on different types of health concerns in relation to sleeping patterns.
Researchers zoned in on whether or not evening types of people had a higher mortality risk than morning types.
More that 400,000 people participated in the study and researchers found that night owls have a 10% chance of increased mortality risk of all causes.
They also found that night owls had a greater risk for other health concerns i.e. diabetes, psychological issues and different cancers.
According to the study, one reasoning for the risk is that staying up late does not go along with the working hours of the world, which leads to restlessness and irregular schedule.
