Multiple items stolen in Dover burglary; investigation ongoing

A residential burglary remains under investigation after police say multiple items were taken from a Dover home. 

The Dover Police Department says on Thursday, between 7:15 PM and just before 8:40 PM, a burglary happened at a residence in the 400 block of Collins Drive. Police say the resident left the home at the time and upon their return, they noticed that a suspect had forced entry through a side door of the home.

According to the report, the suspect(s) stole shoes, clothing, jewelry, and various electronics from the home.

This incident remains under investigation.
