Savory Cantina Prepares to Bring New Flavors to Snow Hill

SNOW HILL, Md. – Snow Hill is preparing for a taste of something new, that is about to open it’s doors. California-inspired taco shop, The Savory Cantina, will celebrate its grand opening Wednesday, Oct. 21st, at 9am.

Owner Hasan Armour, a California native, is excited for the community to get a taste of what he’s been cooking up.

“This is something I’ve been doing my entire life.” Said Armour. “I do not use processed foods, you can come in here and expect to get exactly what you anticipate. Flavor from the top to the bottom. Fun, good music, great vibrations, and just a wonderful place to be.”

Armour also explained that the menu, is inspired by the recipes his own family taught him.

“So this all started in the kitchen with my Mom when I was nine years old.” Said Armour.”My grandmother, we weren’t the wealthiest people, so we traveled through our palates. My Mother always said there was no quick way to flavor, and in the kitchen I never did anything wrong. So this is all my Mom’s food.”

Located right in Downtown Snow Hill, the restaurant hopes to blend the town’s local atmosphere with the flavor and culture of the west coast.
