Two Arrested in Wicomico Drug Distribution Investigation

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. – Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a month-long drug distribution investigation in Wicomico County.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) has arrested 43-year-old Christin Donaway and 39-year-old Jordan Kirn, both of Salisbury, on charges including two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a non-cannabis controlled dangerous substance (CDS), and possession of narcotic production equipment.

According to court documents obtained by WMDT, Donaway has been released on her own recognizance, while Kirn is being held without bond. However, authorities say information and evidence developed throughout the investigation identified Donaway as the primary suspected CDS distributor.
On Aug. 27, detectives from the WCSO Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant at a residence in the 4800 block of Cardinal Drive after conducting surveillance of the property. Both Donaway and Kirn were inside the house at the time the search warrant was executed. Detectives were assisted by the WCSO Special Enforcement Response Team and tactical units with the Salisbury Police Department.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators located and seized the following:
- 38.3 grams of suspected crack cocaine
- 18.36 grams of suspected cocaine
- 53 Alprazolam pills (schedule IV controlled substance)
- An operational digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue
- Drug packaging and equipment consistent with the preparation and distribution of controlled dangerous substances
- $528 in suspected drug proceeds
The investigation remains ongoing, and WCSO says additional charges may be forthcoming as detectives continue to review the evidence and circumstances surrounding the case.
