Schell Brothers Debuts First-Ever Parade of Homes in Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, Del. – Schell Brothers is hosting their first-ever Parade of Homes at Monarch this September, inviting guests to experience four fully designed model homes in Middletown. 

Throughout the month, guests can view more than 25,000 square feet of design inspiration at Schell Brothers’ Monarch community. The parade features four distinct homes; The Bridgeport, The Cassidy, The Chesapeake, and The Shearwater. 

“Parade of Homes gives us the opportunity to do what we love most, create beautiful homes, have some fun, and bring people together,” said Alyssa Titus, Director of Marketing for Schell Brothers. “We want people to walk through the doors, discover ideas they may never have considered, and leave inspired by what’s possible in their own home…”

Schell Brothers will also host three special ticketed events throughout September: Dine & Design, Monarch Soundcheck, and Pours for Nemours. One hundred percent of ticket proceeds will benefit charitable organizations including the Delaware Restaurant Foundation, The Gibby & Everett Foundation, and Nemours Children’s Hospital.
