Rehoboth Celebrates Former Mayor Stan Mills

The City of Rehoboth Beach is celebrating the years of dedication and service of former Mayor Stan Mills with “Stan Mills Appreciation Day”. The City declared the official proclamation just before Stan’s retirement.
