Parkside CTE Cuts the Ribbon on New Greenhouse

SALSIBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of Salisbury.

Parkside High School’s Career & Technical Education Horticulture Program started the school year in a positive way by cutting the ribbon for their new greenhouse! Once open, instructors and students worked together by planting over 11,000 pansy plugs. All of the pansies were planted in just 11 minutes and 15 seconds, marking a new record.

And some more good news, community members looking to support this program can purchase these flowers in October.
