Large fire destroys trailer home in Long Neck

LONG NECK, Del. – Multiple fire companies responding to an intense trailer fire in Long Neck.
The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company says they along with mutal aid companies responded to Stem Street in the Pot Nets Bayside community for reports of a fire inside of a home.
Once on scene, first responders identified heavy fire and smoke showing with full involvement.
One firefighter had to be transported to a local medical facility for heat exhaustion.
The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
