JMB Senior Named Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalist

SALISBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of James M. Bennett High School.

Congratulations to JMB high school senior, Peter Jin! Peter has been named a semi-finalist in the 2027 National Merit Scholarship Program.

This program is a prestigious annual academic competition for recognition and college scholarships. To earn this recognition, Peter scored a perfect 1520 out of 1520 on his PSAT. He, alongside other finalists, will be awarded scholarships in the spring. Good Luck Peter!
