Wooden Waterfowl Popping up for Festival

(EASTON, Md) – While it may still be a few months away, the Waterfowl Festival is already gearing up and adding a new look around the community.

Throughout Talbot County, the Waterfowl festival is selling wooden ducks, both large and small for businesses looking to participate.

The wooden waterfowl will help to advertise specials at local businesses ahead of the festival in November.

And it’s already been a hit as most of the large ducks have been sold by Mid-August.

Waterfowl Festival Executive Director, Deena Kilmon tells WMDT, “It’s amazing. It shows the enthusiasm for our wonderful festival and like maybe the thought that we should spread the love out a little bit over the summer. And we are so excited about everybody participating so far.”
