Shine Your Light Mural Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – A Cambridge muralist is celebrating the one year anniversary of her latest work in Dorchester County.

Muralist, Miriam Moran finished the Shine Your Light Mural, the most recent addition to Cambridge’s mural trail a year ago, and is inviting the community to a celebration Saturday.

WMDT caught up with Miriam as she was touching up her mural about being able to celebrate with the city.

“It’s just a moment just to reflect on the good things moments here in Cambridge. And one of it is public art. And this was definitely a milestone to have this here. And we just want to come together to celebration light on the mural, but not just a mural, the community itself. So we want to come together and to celebrate one another,” says Miriam.

The celebration starts at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 8th at 118 Cedar Street in Cambridge
