Dorchester-Caroline County Fair Kicks Off

(DENTON, Md) – On the Mid-Shore, a pair counties are cutting the ribbon on a big summer tradition.

The Dorchester-Caroline County Fair kicks off this evening, celebrating the best of agriculture across two counties.

For three days, farmers from Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot County will be showing off the best in livestock.

And Dorchester Chamber of Commerce President, Alessandro Nardi is excited for what the fair has to offer.

Alessandro tells WMDT, “…The agricultural projects, you know, raising animals. You know, the things that they’re learning and displaying at the at the fair are just phenomenal. So we’re like we as the Chamber are super excited to welcome the community back this year.”

The fair will run through Saturday, August 8th at the Caroline County 4H Park in Denton.
