Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition Volunteer of the Year

Heather Rowe has been named the 2026 Sussex County Volunteer of the Year for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition.

Heather, owner of Drift Float Rehoboth, is being recognized for five years of involvement by supporting and connecting with breast cancer survivors.
