Shooting at Dover Salon Leaves One Seriously Injured

DOVER, Del. – The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that seriously injured one on Friday evening.

At 8:17 p.m. on Jul. 3, police responded to the J Stylz Unisex Salon, located at 1101 South DuPont Highway, for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 33-year-old male victim who was shot multiple times in his lower extremities and once in the abdomen.

The victim was transported by emergency medical services to a nearby hospital where authorities say he is currently in serious but stable condition.
