Local man dies after camel falls on him in Felton

FELTON, Del. – A Felton man has died after a camel fell on him.

Delaware State Police say around 7 p.m. Tuesday, troopers responded to Indian Point Road in Felton for a death investigation.

The investigation revealed that while tending to his camel, the animal fell on the 65-year-old man, resulting in his death.

Police say they will not be releasing any additional information.
