Salisbury Zoo Holds Monarch SAFE Day

SALISBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of the Salisbury Zoo.

The Zoo held their Monarch SAFE Day on Saturday, May 2. SAFE stands for Save Animals From Extinction, and Monarch SAFE is focusing on restoring habitats for Monarch Butterflies and inspiring communities to take action for pollinators. The day was full of education on Monarch conservation, and the Zoo was able to raise fund to help support conservation efforts.
