Mother’s Day market coming to Milford

Milford, DE — A Mother’s Day weekend shopping event featuring local vendors, food trucks and community businesses is set to take place Saturday in Milford

The “Parking Lot Event,” hosted by Not Too Shabby Glasshowes and Jenn Parnell, will be held May 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 614 Northwest Front St.

Organizers say the event will feature a variety of local vendors offering handmade items, gifts and specialty products, along with food trucks for visitors throughout the day.

The event is designed to give residents an opportunity to shop locally ahead of Mother’s Day while supporting small businesses in the community.
