Laurel Elementary Harvest from School Garden

LAUREL, Del. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of Sussex County.

Laurel Elementary School held their Harvest Day on Thursday afternoon, where students go to roll up their sleeves and see the results of their hard work throughout the season. From planting and caring for the garden, to harvesting the fresh vegetables, students got first hand experience that will stick with them for a life time.
