Bank of OC Announces New Assistant VP, Director of Marketing

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The Bank of Ocean City has announced the hiring of Jenny Bailey as Assistance Vice President and Director of Marketing.

In this role, the Bank says Bailey will lead the bank’s overall marketing strategy to support growth, strengthen brand awareness, and advance business objectives. She will oversee advertising, digital marketing, product promotion, community engagement, and customer experience initiatives.

“I am excited to join Bank of Ocean City and continue building meaningful relationships within the communities we serve,” said Bailey. “I look forward to helping expand the bank’s outreach and strengthening the customer experience.”

Bailey brings 22 years of banking experience, having served in roles including Training Coordinator and Marketing Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Salisbury University, and holds certifications from the American Bankers Association. Bailey is passionate about community banking and financial education, dedicating time throughout her career to teaching children and young adults about banking and finance through multiple schools and organizations.
