UPDATE: Seaford Man, Two Juveniles Arrested Following Assault Investigation
UPDATE: The Felton Police Department (FPD) has arrested three individuals in connection with an assault investigation launched last week.
Police have arrested 19-year-old Christian Lee Fuhr of Seaford, and two teenage juveniles aged 16 and 17, on charges of second degree assault, second degree conspiracy, and terroristic threatening. Fuhr and the 16-year-old are also charged with wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony.
Fuhr was arraigned and released on $19,000 unsecured bail pending a future court date. The 16-year-old and 17-year-old were arraigned and released to their parents/guardians on $4,000 and $3,000 unsecured bails, respectively.
During their investigation, officers learned a 23-year-old white male victim was pumping gas when three individuals pulled up behind his vehicle, repeatedly inching closer to his car. Concerned his vehicle was going to be struck, the victim asked the driver what he was doing. Police say the driver and two additional males, both wearing ski masks, proceeded to exit the vehicle and threatened the victim with bodily harm. The two masked suspects then allegedly punched the victim in the face and mouth, causing severe injuries and knocking out several teeth.
Through surveillance footage and photos taken by the victim of the suspects and their vehicle, officers were able to obtain identifying information. Later that same day, the three suspects, accompanied by family members, turned themselves in at FPD.
UPDATE: The Felton Police Department says the suspects have been identified in connection with this investigation as of Tuesday evening.
Their investigation remains ongoing.
