Vehicle fire damages car in Caroline County

Marydel, Md. – A vehicle fire badly damaged a car in Caroline County.

It happened Sunday morning around 1:46 a.m.

It took crews from the Marydel Volunteer Fire Company about 15 minutes to put out the flames in the 2015 Mercedes Sedan.

No one was hurt as a result of the fire.

The total in damages is estimated to be around $50,000.

The cause is still under investigation.
