Seaford municipal election results certified
SEAFORD, Del. – Officials have certified the results of the annual municipal election held April 18 in Seaford, confirming the outcome of a race for a three-year term on the City Council.
According to the city’s Board of Elections, a total of 335 ballots were cast in the election, including in-person and absentee votes.
Michael N. Bradley received the highest number of votes with 226, followed by Dan H. Henderson with 215 and Roberto Santos with 164.
The Board of Elections formally certified the results following the vote count. The certification was signed by Chair George F. Stewart and board members Sharon Drugash and Michael Vincent, and was notarized in accordance with election procedures.
City officials did not report any issues with the voting process.
The certification finalizes the results of the council race and concludes the city’s annual municipal election process.
