State Troopers Read to Rehoboth Elementary Students
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from Rehoboth Elementary School.
Students had a great time when they were visited on Tuesday morning by Sargeant Gallgher and Trooper Hernandez of the Delaware State Police as part of the STaRS program. The program, which stands for State Troopers actively Reaching Students, aims to help build strong, positive connections between students and law enforcement. The STaRs program is powerful experience for the students and officers alike.
