Man Arrested for Sexual Assault of a Minor in Queen Anne’s Co.

CHESTER, Md. – The Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff has arrested a Chester man for sexual assault of a minor.

On Mar. 2, deputies were contacted at the Chester substation by a juvenile reporting a sexual assault. An investigation, determined there was sufficient evidence to make an arrest for the allegations made against 62-year-old Theodore Raschka Jr. of Chester.

Raschka was arrested on charges of third degree sexual offense of a helpless or impaired individual, fourth degree sexual offense, second degree assault, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
