Dover Police Investigating Shots Fired That Hit Home and Vehicle
DOVER, Del. — Police in Dover are investigating a shooting Friday night that damaged a home and a vehicle, authorities said.
Officers with the Dover Police Department responded at about 7:41 p.m. to the unit block of Hitching Post Drive for a report of shots fired, according to police.
When officers arrived, they found evidence that a shooting had occurred. Investigators later determined that gunfire struck an occupied home and an unoccupied vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
Police said there are currently no leads to release, and the investigation remains ongoing.
