Construction Begins on Upgrades at Woodcock Park
SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury has announced that construction is underway on new upgrades coming to Woodcock Park.
The City’s Field Operations team has begun work to make way for new, upgraded playground equipment. Officials say the removal of outdated equipment marks the first step in an improvement project designed to better serve children and families in Salisbury. Installation of modern, engaging and inclusive play features is expected to start soon.
“We’re excited to bring new life to Woodcock Park,” said Mayor Randy Taylor. “This updated playground will offer families a safe, vibrant place to play for years to come.”
The City says they look forward to seeing the park come alive with renewed energy once the improvements are complete. Residents will be kept informed through regular updates on the progress of the project via the City’s website, social media channels and community newsletters.
