WMDT’s Kindness Tip Of the Day for Feb. 17

SALISBURY, Md. – This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week from KindSBY.

Today, more specifically, is Random Acts of Kindness Day. In recognition, KindSBY is helping children at local childcare centers make art, encouraging them to spread kindness by sharing their art with others. In the spirit of encouraging others, today’s Kindness Tip of the Day, brought to you by Schell Brothers, is to create with kindness.

Think of works of art that have brought a smile to your face, given you joy or brought a quiet, kind peace to you. Having that as your inspiration can lead to being able to share that feeling with someone else. It doesn’t matter what kind of format or medium it takes. Whether it’s a painting, a doodle, a poem or a simple note — whatever you create, let it be inspired by kindness.

Creating art inspired by kindness can go a long way to making someone’s day and inspire others.
