Seaford extends win-streak to 11 on Evans’ milestone night

GREENWOOD, Del. – Seaford boy’s basketball topped Woodbridge 73-53 Tuesday night in Greenwood for their 12th straight victory.

The Blue Raiders started quicker than the Blue Jays, leading 16-13 by the end of the first quarter. Over the final 24 minutes, though, Seaford outscored Woodbridge by 23 points behind Vincent Evans III’s 20 and Aizyon Matthews’ 19-point performances.

Seaford claimed their 12th win in a row, moving them to 14-3 on the season.

During the third quarter, Vincent Evans III scored on a play that brought his career point total to 1000.
