Salisbury Police Arrest Man Connected to Shooting

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a shooting that occurred in December of last year.

On Wednesday, Feb. 25, police served a warrant and arrested 21-year-old De’andre Lamont Rogers on charges of attempted first and second degree murder, first degree assault, and armed robbery. Rogers was processed and released to the Wicomico County Detention Center.

On Dec. 22, 2025, officers responded to TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in reference to an adult-male victim that had been shot. Through an investigation, police determined Rogers as the primary suspect, and presented an application for charges to the District Court Commissioner’s Office.
