Salisbury PD Arrest Man for Possessing Child Porn

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Police Department (SPD) arrested a man for possessing child pornography on Friday.

On Feb. 6, members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and SPD personnel apprehended 33-year-old Dylan Judy in Cambridge. He is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, and solicitation of a minor with use of child pornography. He was arraigned and committed to the Wicomico County Detention Center in lieu of bond.

Following an incident on Jan. 28, detectives with SPD’s Criminal Investigation Division continued an investigation of possession of obscene pornography by Judy. As a result, detectives were able to obtain a bench warrant for the aforementioned charges.
