Salisbury Launches New Citizen Reporter Application
SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury has launched a new platform designed to improve how city residents’ requests are submitted and managed.
The upgraded system introduces a rebranded, form-based interface, enhancing both the internal staff experience and public usability. Issues can now be submitted through the City’s website under Report an Issue, just as with the previous system. Residents may choose to submit requests anonymously or opt in to receive status updates. They can also view other submitted requests for greater transparency, as well as access additional resources on the City’s Citizen Reporter Hub Site.
“Our goal is to make it easier for residents to connect with their local government,” said Mayor Randy Taylor, praising the update. “This new system improves transparency and ensures that citizen requests are handled quickly and effectively.”
