Pair arrested for package thefts in Smyrna

SMYRNA, Del. – The Smyrna Police Department arrested two people for package thefts in the area.

27-year-old Angel Fish and 34-year-old Sean Cornwell, both from Smyrna, were taken into custody and charged with 2 counts of theft under $1,500.

On Tuesday, officers were called to the unit block of South Main Street for package thefts from a residence.

An investigation determined Fish and Cornwell were the culprits and they were located shortly after.

Police returned all stolen packages to their rightful owners.

Fish and Cornwell were arraigned and committed to the Department of Corrections in lieu of $1,000 secured bail.
