Local Sheriffs Assist with Special Olympics Event

SNOW HILL, Md. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from Snow Hill.

The Wicomico and Worcester County Sheriff’s offices, along with other law enforcement agencies, assisted with the 2026 Interscholastic Unified Sports Strength & Conditioning State Tournament on Tuesday.

This Special Olympics events brought students together to compete for their respective schools. At the conclusion of the tournament, law enforcement presented medals to the athletes.
