DSP Investigating Road Shooting in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del. – The Delaware State Police are investigating a road shooting that occurred on Monday night.

At 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 9, troopers responded to a report of a shooting that occurred on Dupont Boulevard. The preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford Edge, with two occupants, was traveling northbound near Avenue of Honor. Simultaneously, a silver or white passenger car (shown above) was tailgating and driving aggressively behind the Ford. An unknown suspect proceeded to fire an unknown number of shots that hit the Ford. No injuries were reported.
