Dorchester Co. Group Holding Forum on Youth Poverty

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – One Dorchester County group is looking for public feedback to help underprivileged children.

Moving Dorchester Forward is holding a public forum this weekend geared towards helping prevent youth homelessness.

It’s part of Governor Wes Moore’s ENOUGH Initiative to combat childhood poverty.

And Moving Dorchester Forward wants to hear local solutions.

“It’s about getting the community together and addressing these issues and the barriers so that it starts with the parents and start with us as a community to come up with solutions that will move Dorchester forward and end childhood poverty…” says Moving Dorchester Forward’s Veronica Taylor.

Taylor says the meeting will be this Saturday at 10 A.M. You can call them at (410)-844-6845
