Arrest Made in 2023 Homicide Case in Accomack Co.

PAINTER, Va. – The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) has made an arrest in connection with a homicide that occurred in Dec. 2023.

On Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 4:02 p.m., deputies arrested 25-year-old Daevon Tyrique Stines of Painter in connection with the death of then 24-year-old Aaliyah Antonatte Shakuria Collick.

Stines has been indicted on charges of second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is currently being held without bond at the Accomack County jail.
