Salisbury Art Space to Host Wild Thingz Exhibit with Salisbury Zoo

SALISBURY, Md. — The Salisbury Art Space wants you to get wild with your creativity for their newest art exhibit, titled Wild Thingz. They’re partnering with the Salisbury Zoo to celebrate the animal world through art.

Submissions can be dropped off on 1/10 and 1/11 from 12 PM to 5 PM. The exhibition is open to all themes and mediums of artwork, including drawings, paintings, printmaking, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and mixed media.

“The Salisbury Zoo has been a wonderful part of our community for so long. . . The idea is that we can help them in some capacity and also highlight the local artists in the community as well,” President of the Salisbury Art Space Bradley Hudson said.

The Salisbury Art Space is a nonprofit arts organization located in Downtown Salisbury. The proceeds of the Wild Thingz exhibit will benefit both the zoo and the art space. For more information on how to submit your art, visit https://salisburyartspace.org/
