Mural Festival Accepting Artist Applications

SALISBURY, Md. — We Are Limitless Studios is accepting artist applications for the inaugural Shore Walls Mural Festival.

The festival is set to kick off on May 26 and close on May 30. We Are Limitless Studios is looking for artists of all backgrounds to help bring five murals to life across Salisbury. No experience is necessary — one wall will be dedicated to first-time muralists.

Founder of We Are Limitless Studios Brandon Bell says the festival will celebrate the creativity and artistry on the Eastern Shore.

“We’re going to have a community wall, meaning anybody can come out from not just our local community, but from a far, and not just be a spectator of this festival, but actually be a live participant,” Bell said.

Bell added that part of their goal is to engage the community and muralists. “That artwork is going to live here for quite some time. We’re looking for a local artist right here to Salisbury, a regional artist, meaning someone from the state of Maryland in general, and we’re looking for one national artist.”
