Indian River Vol. Fire Co. Respond to Millsboro Crash

MILLSBORO, Del. – Emergency crews responded to a serious crash in Millsboro on Thursday afternoon.

On Jan. 15 at 1:53 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to Mount Joy Road near Maryland Camp Road for a reported two-vehicle accident with possible entrapment. Crews found a side-impact collision involving a Buick Enclave and a Ford F-150.

Rescue units stabilized the vehicles and patients and confirmed there was no entrapment. Mount Joy Road was temporarily closed during the response.

Delaware State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
