Dover PD Investigating Morning House Burglary

DOVER, Del. – The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that took place Wednesday morning.

On Jan. 7, police responded to a residence in the 400 block of East Loockerman Street in reference to a burglary complaint. Upon arrival on the scene, police contacted two juvenile victims. They told police that sometime between 9:29 a.m. and 9:49 a.m., a Black male forced entry into the home. The suspect began to rummage through the home and take property belonging to the victims, but when he was confronted by one of the juveniles, he fled the residence.

Police have no leads to release at this time.
