Dorchester Singer Organizing Concert for Rescue Fire Company Train Garden

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – One Dorchester County singer is preparing to host a benefit concert to help save a holiday landmark.

Local singer, Jayla Elise is holding a concert Friday January 16th to help fund the Rescue Fire company’s Holiday Train Garden.

The garden has been running for decades in Cambridge every holiday season — this year, they are in need of help with funding.

That’s why Jayla and others are stepping up.

“So she’s going to have a lot of local artists there with her singing and promoting the train garden and saving the train garden to have money so they can continue to bring that to you for years to come.” says Dorchester County Tourism Director, Holly Gilpin.
