Art League of OC showcases pieces at First Friday

OCEAN CITY, Md. -The Art League of Ocean City is hosting its “First Friday” event.

For this event, the art league will be welcoming people in to see their new exhibits and meet with volunteers who will be showcasing different art forms.

Jessica Bauer tells WMDT that the reception is a great way to kick off 2026, and they’re hoping to interest folks in some of the artists’ work.

“Anyone can participate, and that’s really what we try to make sure happens here,” Bean said. “We have so many things that go on, events, classes, and it’s all about making sure there’s opportunity for people to express themselves, and that open show really allows that.”

The event will run until 7 p.m.
